Preorder a service before it launches and its whole first year is 50% off its list price, where your plan doesn't already cover it. If your package or the Everything price covers part of it, a preorder saves less; if it covers all of it, the service is yours at launch at no extra cost. Sign-up shows the saving on the plan you pick. Your year starts the day it launches, and nothing is charged today.

Do I pay for each person on my team?
No. Each service has one price for your whole business. Add as many people as work with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free, with no card needed to start. Nothing is charged automatically: before your trial ends we'll arrange payment with you, monthly or yearly.
Which package is right for me?
The one named for your kind of business is the place to start. Each is built from the services businesses like yours use most, and you can add any other service to it at its own price. A plan is one package plus any extra services, or Everything; packages don't combine. Not sure? Tick what you need in the list above and it shows the cheapest of those ways to get it.
What if I want a lot of services?
You never pay more than $999 a month. Once your picks add up to more than that, you pay the Everything price and every service is yours, including each new one we add.
Do I pay for services that aren't live yet?
No. A service costs nothing until the day it launches. Preorder it and its first year is 50% off its list price, where your plan doesn't already cover it.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free: twelve months for the price of ten. Choose yearly when you sign up, or ask us in the Help center any time, and we'll set it up with you.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
Change it any time: add or remove services from Upgrade options in your dashboard. Removing a service turns it off (its pages, links and scheduled messages stop), but nothing is deleted, so if you add it back everything is still there. To cancel, ask us in the Help center (Upgrade options has an "Ask to cancel" link) and we'll close your account. Monthly plans have no contract.
Does anything cost extra?
Only one thing, at cost with no markup: AI use past the $5 a month that's included, if we agree a higher limit with you. Email is included, and texts go from your own phone, so there's nothing to bill for them.
