# Ultimate Business Machines

> Business software for small businesses, run from one login. The services: CRM (customer records), Lead Management, Sales & Lead Machine (finding businesses to sell to), Survey Bot, Review Automation, Scheduling, Comms Hub (team messaging), Video Calls, Projects & Jobs, Invoicing & Payments, Accounting Integration, Transportation (crew routes and shipment records), Customer Portal, SEO & AEO (Google and AI-answer checks), Website Machine (a website built from the business's own facts), Marketing Automation, AI Content Assistant and Advanced Analytics. A company picks one service or as many as it needs, for its whole team. The Solutions page shows how a week runs on the platform for each kind of business (home and field services, construction, salons and wellness, restaurants and shops, professional services, auto services, moving and delivery) and recommends a plan from a few questions about the business. Texts to customers go from the business's own phone (the app writes the message and opens the phone's texting app), or from the business's own Twilio number once it connects one; the platform has no texting number of its own.

Prices are per company, by team size, never per person: the plan the Solutions guide recommends ends with what it costs a month for a team that size, and more than 100 people gets a written quote. There's no free trial: a business pays for its plan by card, monthly or yearly, when it starts. Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and we refund everything you've paid on that plan, once per business; your account becomes read-only straight away. A few emails go out by themselves the moment something happens (a lead's instant reply and the owner's alert, a booking confirmation); the rest are sent by a person, one at a time or, for review requests, invoice reminders, lead follow-ups and marketing emails, with one press per service that sends what's due. AI drafting and AI call notes need the platform's AI switched on (Claude or DeepSeek). The SEO & AEO check of what AI answers say about a business needs Claude in particular. QuickBooks Online and Xero need setting up for the platform before a company can connect them; until then, Accounting Integration makes accountant-ready spreadsheets. Google and Yelp ratings and reviews (Review Automation and Website Machine) and searching Google Maps for businesses to sell to (Sales & Lead Machine) likewise wait on the platform switching on its Google and Yelp connections.
